This is a fantastic group working here! Jasmine cut my hair and went above abs beyond to ensure it was what I wanted. I wanted to donate my hair she got out a tape measure and helped ensure we got the right length for donation without taking more hair than necessary. She was friendly and you can tell she loves her job!

Came in today with a terrible “cut” from the local barbershop in Brighton. Alexis checked me in and grabbed a couple team members to help assist me as she could tell I was visibly upset. Samantha took me right back and helped me feel much better. she ended up cutting my hair multiple times so that we could make the best of what I came in with. She was so sweet and kind, didn’t ever act like I was a bother, and she fixed the mess I had, calmed my anxiety down, and gave me a cut that I can grow out and don’t feel I look like a garbage pile. Thank you Samantha for taking me as a walk in, and for your kindness and encouragement. You made a rough situation tolerable and I am sporting a haircut that I am not ashamed of now. Also the ladies working were all so cheerful and manager even came over to talk to me which I thought was wonderful customer service.
